Uk orders will be shipped either via Royal Mail 2nd class (2-3 days), or Royal Mail 1st class (1-2 days). We offer free delivery in the Uk on orders over £50. Please use the code FREESHIP50 at checkout.

For bespoke paintings that are professionally framed or weigh more than 1–2 kg, shipping arrangements and costs will be discussed on an individual basis. As these pieces often require specialist packaging or courier services, we'll work with you to determine the most suitable and secure delivery option before your order is dispatched.

Processing times

Our dispatch times are 1 to 2 working days and once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email confirmation.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our couriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Returns

In interests of hygiene, we cannot accept returns of earrings unless the item(s) arrived broken, in which case please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item(s).
